INTRODUCTION TO
LEGAMEX
As a member of Gia Dinh Textile & Garment Corporation, Legamex was established in 1986. Formerly, under the name Leather Footwear and Garment Making Exporting Factory, the Company was managed by the People’s Committee of District 10, Ho Chi Minh City and specialized in manufacturing and processing leather goods and garments for export to the Soviet Union and some other countries.
In 2005, Legamex officially became a joint-stock company.

With our large-scale production and capacity of service, Legamex currently trades with a large number of domestic and foreign customers and partners.
- Export: accounting for 80% of revenue, with traditional customers located in Japan, the UK, Germany, Belgium, etc. Currently, Legamex is developing and expanding partnerships in potential markets in Asia and Russia, the US, and others.
- Domestic market: accounting for 20% of revenue, with stores in Ho Chi Minh City and a system of agents nationwide. The domestic market is a potential market where we aim to grow stronger.
